Ordering through the Call Center:

Northeast Foods customers have the convenience to place orders with a live agent by utilizing the call center. The call center is equipped with technology that will immediately recognize a customer based on their phone number and have their account information available for the order processing agents receiving the call. The agents are able to enter orders, make adjustments and see account history. Customers experience little to no wait time and short call durations while speaking with an agent. On the rare occasion that a customer is waiting in line for the next available agent, they are offered the convenience of leaving an order on our voicemail system. Customers can be confident that their order is being generated accurately, professionally and in a friendly manner. Our real time order system transmits the orders directly to our bakeries and distribution centers where the orders are processed for next day delivery.
